One way we can support our schools with this important responsibility is by ensuring that all volunteers complete a volunteer form each year. The Douglas County School District requires all volunteers to complete the appropriate form once each school year.

Parent VolunteersThe Parent Volunteer Agreement form is for all parents, guardians, and stepparents who volunteer during the school day or participate in after-school activities.

Community VolunteersThe Community Volunteer form is for anyone who is not a parent or guardian, including community members, grandparents, and other family members who volunteer during the school day or participate in after-school activities.
