Company Matching Gifts

Many companies will match their employees’ gifts, often up to $3,000 per year.  This annual program involves no cost for employees, and PTIC can benefit!

Roxborough PTIC is a chapter of The Foundation for Douglas County Schools. When applying for a match donation, give them the details below.

Step 1: Reach out to your HR department to ask about matching gifts and volunteer grant programs. If available, fill out the paper work and submit to your office. If applicable when submitting your matching gift request, include your name and the chapter name of Roxborough PTIC.  

Step 2: Email us at [email protected] with your name, company and amount of company matching gift so we have a heads up and can keep a look out for it.

Step 3: Rox PTIC will email you confirmation when the donation reaches our account!

Employee matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations.

What are volunteer grant programs?
Volunteer grant programs are corporate giving programs in which companies provide monetary donations to organizations where employees volunteer regularly.
If you volunteer with us, it's an easy way to provide us with additional financial support!

How do I request a matching gift or volunteer grant?
Requesting a matching gift or volunteer grant is normally a five minute process which must be initiated by the donor / volunteer. You can do this by filling out and submitting a paper match form provided by your employer or through an electronic submission process.

How do I arrange a matching gift?
Arranging for a matching gift is easy:
  • Get a copy of your matching gift form from your company’s HR department and drop it off with your gift at the front office of Roxborough Primary or Intermediate.
  • PTIC will verify your gift and return the matching gift form directly to your company's designated matching partner.
  • PTIC then will receive a check from your employer matching your gift.
  • Already given?  Most matching companies will honor gifts given within the current calendar year.  Simply send or bring your matching gift form to the front office of Roxborough Primary or Intermediate, and we’ll take it from there!
