Our Next PTIC Member Meeting is Coming Up!

We will be talking committees for next year and open positions! There are several committees that will not be coming back next year if we don't get the sign ups we need before the end of the school year. These include: Daughter Dance, Holiday Shop and Space Day currently. If you are interested in any of these committees and are passionate about them being around for next year please sign up to volunteer. Here is our volunteer sign up for next year: Sign Up Genius

We want to thank our amazing PTIC members for all they have done this year and want to serve chipotle at this meeting to do that! If you plan on attending, please RSVP by April 20th as we will only order enough chipotle for those who RSVP! Here is the link.

OUR NEXT SPIRIT NIGHT IS COMING UP!

The countdown is on for Roxborough PTIC Space Day, Friday, May 8th!

The Space Day Committee has two requests:

1. 2026 Space Day Supply Donations!
We greatly appreciate the generosity of RXP/I families, and we could not host the event without your donations. To make item donation easier, supplies can be purchased through our Space Day Amazon Wishlist and shipped directly to the school! Click the Amazon Wishlist to see items that are needed. Please make sure to select Roxborough Primary School when prompted to choose a shipping address, the gift registry address, at checkout. Please donate supplies by Thursday, April 30th so we have time to add the items to the grade level activity packets. Thank you very much for your donations!

2. Friday, May 8th Volunteers Needed!
To sign up, go to the Roxborough Space Day Signup Genius

RXP activities are held in the morning (arrive at 9:00 am) and RXI activities are held in the afternoon (arrive at 12:45). We greatly appreciate families offering their time to volunteer for this fun day.

Please only sign up for one activity at RXP and/or one activity at RXI. You will need to be at that activity for the entire shift. Please see the Signup Genius for information regarding the Volunteer Agreement paperwork that is required by the Douglas County School District.

5th/6th Grade Continuation Information

5th and 6th Grade Families! The PTIC Continuation Committee and classroom teachers are hosting several great events and activities to celebrate all 5th and 6th graders as they finish their time at RXPI. For more information, click HERE!

PLANNING FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR STARTS NOW!

Sign ups are now open for next school year to join and volunteer with the Roxborough PTIC. A fun and rewarding organization that puts on memory making and fundraising events to make the school our kids call theirs the wonderful place that it is. Without the support of volunteers/members we cannot continue on with all of our committees. There are currently events at risk of not returning for next school year if we don't have any interested parties to volunteer for them! Join the PTIC!

Join the Parent Teacher Involvement Committee and join in on all the fun!! PTIC Sign Up is live all year round and you can join anytime...it's never too early or too late. Make sure to share this with others who may be interested or incoming families.

Rent the Spirit Rock for the 2025-2026 School Year

Does your student have a birthday or other special celebration during the school year? Help them celebrate by painting the spirit rock at either school in their honor! During the school year, the price of the rock is $20 per day. The PTIC is not responsible for painting the rock. Click here for more details.

King Soopers Community Rewards

Do you shop at King Soopers? Sign up for the Community Rewards Program! All you need to do is enroll your King Soopers Shopper’s Card into the program and designate Roxborough PTIC as the beneficiary. Whenever you use your King Soopers Card when you shop, Roxborough PTIC will receive a percentage of what you spend directly from King Soopers.
